Where are you from?
  • I grew up in Upland, CA but went to UCSB – the path many take who move to Santa Barbara
How long have you been working at CIO Solutions?
  • 15 years
If you could visit anywhere in the world you’ve never been, where would you go?
  • My family has a large list of places we would love to visit. In fact, we were scheduled to head out to Italy just before Covid hit! After that my best guess is that we will take a trip to Japan. Sooner or later, though, I really need to get to Costa Rica.

How did you first learn about CIO Solutions?
  • I was playing poker with Andrew West at a friend’s house and he and I got talking
Before working at CIO Solutions, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
  • I’ve worked on a tree farm and been a DJ, just not on the same day

  • Cookies
What could you give a 30-minute presentation about with no advance preparation?
  • The Simpsons
What is your proudest moment at CIO Solutions?
  • I am very proud when I get stopped at Trader Joes by clients (it has happened many times) who will recognize me and compliment something that one of the team has done recently
Which one would you want most – flying cars, robot housekeepers, or moon cities?
  • I could really use a robot housekeeper right now. Still, flying cars are very tempting. I am not a fan of driving so it would have to be an auto-flying car. That’s too much to ask. Going with the housekeeper.
